The kickoff meeting for the portfolio of Financial Transformation Projects, which will be a significant step in Coşkunöz Holding's CODE 2025 journey, was conducted with broad participation.
The portfolio, which includes various programs and projects such as Analytics, S/4 HANA Transformation, Inflation Accounting, E-Solutions Package Transformation, and Compliance Projects, aims to establish Coşkunöz Holding's reporting standards and common KPIs. Additionally, the goal is to have a central data warehouse and a common reporting platform.
With the expertise of CITS's dedicated team, these projects will focus on end-to-end transformation of financial processes, reducing operational workload, and enabling new analytical tools for reporting.
