We are delighted to announce the deployment of the Operational Excellence Portal developed in collaboration with our R&D team, with the aim of providing comprehensive end-to-end contributions to our customers' "Strategic Digital Transformation" agendas in operational and technological matters.
As a result of our collaboration with OpEx and HSE departments within Bakioğlu Group, we aim to digitally transform processes related to the Operational Excellence Platform of Group Companies, supporting Kaizen, Suggestions, Backlog Management, and Occupational Safety applications, thus enabling them to create more value-added work in their respective fields.
We wish success to Bakioğlu Holding and Group Companies that will be involved in this project, as well as our Kobetsu Kaizen and Health, Safety, Environment Committee Teams and R&D team.
